GEC 36 × 42 airless tumblast machine is a batch-type shot-blasting system featuring a 36″ × 42″ perforated rubber tumbler belt that gently tumbles medium-sized castings, forgings, and non-ferrous parts while a high-velocity blast wheel removes sand, rust, and scale for consistent surface preparation. Its drum handles up to 500 kg per cycle under 6–7 bar operating pressure via a 420 V motor, delivering a 13 tonnes/hour abrasive throughput. An integrated 3,000 CFM dust-collection system ensures environmental compliance and a clean work area. Optional auto-loader and vibratory unloader configurations automate handling to boost productivity, while a heavy-duty steel frame, wear-resistant liners, and easy-access maintenance doors minimize downtime and extend component life.
